 Color:
Orange
I have loved the color Orange since my mission. My first
companion liked the color a lot and I thought it was
an interesting choice. After that I started to really
notice it and it really made me happy. |
 Actor:
Tom Hanks
Who couldn't like Tom Hanks? I mean seriously, he has
to be one of the greatest actors ever. I think he could
portray any role if asked to. I love that he does a
variety of genres of film from romantic comedy to drama. |
 Actress:
Kate Winslet
I fell in love with Kate Winslet in the film Sense &
Sensibility. I loved how she portrayed the feisty Marianne.
After seeing her in Titanic I decided to see as many
of her films as I could. She truly is a gifted actress. |
 Singer:
Josh Groban
This isn't entirely a fair question because I like many
genres of music, but if I had to choose I would probably
say Josh Groban. His voice makes me melt. It is so beautiful
and I find myself totally relaxed when I listen to him. |
 Singer:
Faith Hill
I love Faith Hill! Her music is fabulous and I always
count down until her next cd is released. I have been
to three of her concerts and own every cd she has released
including the imports. |
 Musical
Group : Counting Crows
I liked the Counting Crows long before I realized that
I did. I would always enjoy their music when it came
on the radio, but I never realized it was them. Then
one day I was riding with my friend in his car and asked
him, “Who sings this”? He told me it was the
Counting Crows, this happened a few more times and I
decided that I should go buy their cd. So I did and
I instantly fell in love with their music and had to
go buy the rest of their cds. |
 Drink:
White Chocolate Creme Frappacino
Thank you to Lindsey for introducing me to the coffee-free
side of Starbucks! I had my first Frappacino on a trip
to New York City. I was hooked. When I returned home
I tried some new flavors and have decided that while
I have enjoyed all the Frappacinos I have tried the
White Chocolate is definitely my favorite. |
 Soda:
Vanilla Coke
I lovely love love Vanilla Coke! They discontinued it
for a while and I thought I would cry. Now it is back
and I am sooooo happy! |
 Food:
French Fries
This was hard because I really enjoy food, but I love
potato products, especially french fries. Especially
if they are covered in melted cheese. I love a good
trip to Dee's for cheese fries and a vanilla coke. |
 Dessert:
Vanilla Ice Cream with fresh Raspberries
I love this sweet and tasty treat. I can't remember
the first time I had it, but I sure am glad I did! |
 Word:
Fabulous
Don't ask me why, but I love this word and think it
is simply fabulous! |
 Store:
Old Navy or New York & Co.
It really depends on what I am looking for. Old Navy
is where I like to get my t-shirts and jeans type of
casual clothing. Their clothes are so comfy and the
prices are good. But if I want work clothes or a pretty
blouse I love New York & Co. |
 Hobby:
Photography
I love the many different aspects of it. Everything
from taking the pictures to developing them to scrapbooking
and displaying them. I find a lot of peace being behind
the lens of a camera. It is interesting to see the different
ways of looking at things. Plus I have been given so
many great opportunities with my photography. I have
been blessed to shoot everything from a National Scholarship
Program to a Grand Prix Swim Meet with gold medal swimmers
to performers at Carnegie Hall. I have met many amazing
people and seen beautiful and fabulous places. |
A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS
