Usually I start out with how I met this individual and well my association with Lindsey started very simply ... through her sister Stephanie. I will share my first memory of her, which took place at a East High basketball game which seems extremely fitting considering all of the basketball games we have now attended together. She was being the cute aunt that she is with her nephew and niece. Our first conversation just flowed as has every conversation since that time.

At first glance it is not hard to tell what a beautiful young woman she is. But there is so much more to Lindsey than just being a pretty face. She has a huge heart and joyful personality. She makes all who surround her feel loved and cared for. Every time I attend an event she is attending, no matter who else might be around she makes me feel as if I am the most important person in the room.

One of my favorite memories with Lindsey was when she took me out on a jet-ski at Lake Powell. I was a bit leary about the experience because I didn't have the strength in my arm since having surgery and she promised me she would be careful and that I wouldn't get thrown off. Needless to say less than five minutes later I was found in the water having been thrown off. Lindsey said that being thrown off made me a true jet-skiier. Thanks Linds!

Lindsey is the America's Junior Miss for 2008. She is a gifted musician and dancer. Plus Lindsey is extremely intelligent and loves learning. I think that Lindsey is a great example to all who know her.
